THE CUSTOM PROCESS

STEP 1: Share your vision

Drop your thoughts, ideas, and inspo pictures in our form below or send us an email at tpl@theplatedlab.com Whether its a rough sketch or a fully formed design, we'll take your spark and run with it.

STEP 2: Approve the layout

We'll review your request, provide a custom quote, and email you a template mockup of the design layout. This lets you double check the font, spelling, and placement so you know exactly what the structure looks like before we bring out the materials.

STEP 3: Invoice & deposit

Once you approve the layout design, we'll email an invoice. A deposit is required to secure your spot on the calendar and lock in your materials. From there, your custom piece goes straight into production!

STEP 4: Final balance, pickup or shipping

Once the piece is complete and the final balance is settled, you'll get either a notification that it is ready for pickup or a tracking number for shipping.
