How long do custom orders take?

Most custom orders take 5-7 business days for production, plus shipping. Timing can vary based on materials and complexity. 

Can you rush an order?

Sometimes. Message me first to check availability and turnaround.

Can you make something I don’t see on your site?

Yes. Many custom projects start with an idea. Send a brief description and any inspo photos.

What materials do you offer?

Wood, acrylic, marble, glass, and metal - plus additional materials depending on the project.

Do I approve the design first?

We'll confirm the engraving and/or cutting details with you before production. Minor layout choices are handled in-studio to keep turnaround fast.

Are custom items refundable?

Custom pieces are final sale. If there's an issue with your order, contact us and we'll make it right.
